Instructions for Converting and Uploading a Quiz Created with Diploma 6.0

Convert Diploma 6.0 to WebCT Format

1. Open your newly created Diploma 6.0 quiz
2. Click File
3. Select Export
4. Select WebCT
5. Click Next
6. Click Next
7. Click Browse to select a local destination for your file
8. Click Finish
9. Select Create a new document named: and pick a name of your choice.
10. Click Preview  to preview the quiz
11. Click Finish to complete the process

Your newly converted quiz file is now on your hard drive.

Upload Diploma 6.0 Quiz into WebCT

1. Open your WebCT course
2. Click on Control Panel
3. Click Manage Files
4. Click Upload File
5. Click Browse
6. Select your quiz file and click Open
7. Select your destination folder and click Upload
8. Return to the homepage and click on the Quiz Icon
9. Click on Question Database
10. On the right hand of the screen under Options: Question, click Import questions from file
11. Click Browse
12. Click the radio button next to the file you wish to import and click Add Selected
13. Then click Import

Your Diploma 6.0 quiz questions have been added to the Question Database which you can use to create a new quiz or add to an existing quiz.
