Winthrop
University Galleries
Patrons of the Galleries
Who are the Patrons?
The Patrons
are an advocacy and support group of the Winthrop
University Galleries. Their purpose is to reach
out to the community, alumni, and friends of Winthrop
University, to enrich the diverse cultural life in York,
Mecklenburg, and surrounding counties of the Carolinas,
and to promote and support Winthrop University
Galleries.
Most importantly, the Patrons provide
the Galleries and the students within the Departments of
Fine Arts and Design with a vital link to the community.
You can support the Galleries and its role in the region, in Rock Hill, and within the campus community through your generous membership.
Your membership will help support artist residencies,
exhibitions, publications, and Friday night receptions.
You can also become a Patron by supporting the
Undergraduate Juried Exhibition with a merit or purchase
award.
Please contact
