The responsibilities of the CVPA Student Services Office
are:
-
Provides overall
direction for the advising process in the College of
Visual and Performing Arts.

Processes
transfer evaluations for all students in the College
of Visual and Performing Arts.
-
Performs
administrative tasks as required by other Winthrop
University offices (Admissions, Graduate Affairs,
Records and Registration, etc.).
You should contact
the Office of Student Services if:
-
you want to
change your major or minor, and your current major
is listed in the College of Visual
and Performing Arts. You will need to
complete a Change of Major form. Be sure that your
major and minor are listed correctly in the Office
of Student Services.

you plan to take
courses at another institution and transfer them
back to Winthrop. You will need to
complete an Approval to
Transfer Credit form
(see
online forms link).
-
you have a
question about credit received (or not received)
for
a transfer course. Schedule a time to discuss the
evaluation with the Coordinator of
CVPA Student Services.

you need a degree audit
conference.
