About Us
The Teaching and Learning Center provides
programs and services that encourage and facilitate the
professional and personal development of Winthrops personnel
from the time they arrive on campus.
The Center strengthens our learning
community by utilizing internal input and expertise. Every
Winthrop employee has the opportunity to participate in its
programs as a teacher and a learner. The Center, therefore 1)
Assesses the developmental needs of the university community;
and 2) Provides educational opportunities and mentoring for
lifelong learning.
