Welcome to Sorority Recruitment!  The experiences I have had over the past years as a sorority woman have provided me with incredible opportunities and lasting friendships.  The connections that you make as a member of the Greek community can provide you with opportunities not just at Winthrop University, but also throughout your life.  Many of the most prominent people in the country are sorority and fraternity members.

Choosing to join a sorority will open many doors for you.  It will provide you with the opportunity to get more involved on campus, improve your scholarship, serve the community, and make friendships that will last forever.  The friendships that you make through the Greek community will make Winthrop University feel more like a close-knit family than a large institution.  You will begin to notice other Greek women not just in your classes, but also in almost every campus activity.  In your own sorority, the bonds that form between you and your sisters will make these women your family here at Winthrop.  

Through my experiences as a member of the Greek community, I have been a part of many special events.  I have gained valuable leadership experiences through positions that I held in my sorority.  In all of these experiences, I met incredible people that helped me find my place at Winthrop University.  Now, I invite you to join us and to be a part of this great experience.
