The Return
Saturday, October 03, 2009
8:00 PM
Tillman Auditorium
The Return, recognized as one of the premier Beatles tribute bands in America, currently contains the youngest lineup of superb musicians paying tribute to the legendary group. They are considered by many critics to be the most realistic cast paying tribute to the "Fab Four." So realistic, in fact, that The Return, gaining national recognition, was invited to appear on the ABC network television show Good Morning America.

"Diversity According to 'Family Guy' and 'South Park'"
He isn’t handicapped, physically challenged, crippled, or wheelchair bound- he’s just Matt and he happens to use a wheelchair. To understand Matt, you have to understand what he does, what he values, who he spends time with, and why he shares his ideas about life with others. Matt promises to crush the perception that diversity is merely black and white, and he lives up to that promise with his interactive program on diversity and disability.

Cancelled! Dinkins ATS Café
From Nashville comes a young bluegrass band like no other. Jypsi, a group including four siblings, integrates a punkish edge and a rock and roll spirit to give a new twist to country. With their popularity growing, they’ve been invited to the stone country Stagecoach Festival in the California desert and to the more broadly based Bonnaroo in rural Tennessee and South by Southwest in Austin. So come out and enjoy some good music and you’ll leave with not only a new perspective on country music but also on country fashion!

Singer and acoustic guitarist Brad Skistimas, of Five Times August, doesn't need the frills that often accompany signing with a record label. Instead, the solo act just lets the music speak for itself, so much so that he caught the attention of MTV. His songs have been spotlighted on such shows as “The Hills,” “Laguna Beach,” and MTV’s “The Real World.”
