The signed and approved paper copy of the protocol, and an electronic copy along with all attachments,  must be submitted to Teresa Justice,  Director of Sponsored Programs and Research by due date shown below in order for the protocol to be reviewed at the scheduled meeting.  Protocols received after the submission deadline will be reviewed at the next scheduled meeting.

Meeting dates for Fall, 2012:  Meetings will  begin at 11:00am in Rm 338 Kinard
    Tuesday, October 2, 2012 - Submissions due by September 25, 2012
     Tuesday, October 30, 2012 - Submissions due by October 23, 2012
     Tuesday, November 27, 2012 - Submissions due by November 20, 2012 

Meeting dates for Spring, 2013: Meetings will begin at 11:00am in Rm.338 Kinard
   Tuesday, February 26, 2013 - Submissions due by February 19, 2013
    Tuesday, March 26, 2013 - Submissions due by March 19, 2013
    Tuesday, April 30, 2013 - Submissions due by April 23, 2013

Summer 2013: Meetings will be held on an as needed basis.
