Solicitation and Vendor Sales Policy

Solicitation on University property as a form of commercial speech is strictly prohibited without authorization from the University. Evidence of such authorization shall be displayed at all times while vendors are on campus (i.e., copy of reservation and/or reservation forms with the approved signatures). Any authorized solicitations by vendors or student organizations are subject to applicable University regulations, and local, state and federal laws. Solicitations may be approved for a specific
area on campus. No solicitation shall interfere or conflict with the mission of the University or its occupants. Winthrop University reserves the right to limit or restrict time, location and functional use of its facilities.
