An understanding of the political process has
become even more important in today's complex
and ever-changing world. At Winthrop, the
Department of Political Science has built a
flexible program which
exposes the student to the major fields of
political inquiry while also allowing for
concentration in areas
most suitable for his or
her intellectual and
career goals.

The political science faculty at Winthrop has
