Advisor Invitation Letter
This letter is
sent to each advisor to introduce the new
Secretariat members and notify everyone of the
conference dates and theme
Registration Procedure
Step 1:
Fill out the
Country Preference Form and mail it to the Winthrop Model United
Nations office by October 28, 2011. First country assignments
will be sent out on November 11th with additional
country assignments being distributed December 2rd.
You may register and send in your country preference form
after October 28th; however, if you choose to
submit your Country Preference Form after this date, you will
be assigned countries based on conference need and
availability.
Step 2:
After you have recieved your final country assignments,
fill out the
Conference Fee Information Form,
and mail it with a check to the Winthrop University Model
United Nations office by February 11, 2012. No refunds
will be given after this date.
The fees for this year's Model United Nations Conference are
as follows:
Delegation fee: $85 per
Observer fee: $15 per
Advisor fee: $25
We are
continuing to work hard to keep conference costs to a minimum.
These fees cover the cost of the conference, as well as the
social events surrounding the conference. These fees do
not cover hotel or
food costs.
Step 3 (OPTIONAL):
Submit Resolutions to the Winthrop University Model United
Nations office by February 10, 2012. For more information on
writing resolutions, see the
Delegate Information page.
Step 4:
Fill out the
Delegate
Information Form and return it to the Winthrop
Model United Nations office by March 17, 2012.
