    ·      in-room recycling

    ·    bedding and towels with no chemical by-products

    ·    ecologically friendly cleaning products

    ·    environmentally sensitive amenities in recyclable packaging

    ·    compact fluorescent light bulbs

    ·    paper products made from recycled materials

    ·    high-efficiency plumbing fixtures

    ·    use of low VOC products, including paint

We ask you to help us conserve energy, labor and water by:

  • utilizing the in-room recycling bins for paper, plastic, glass, aluminum and newspaper

  • checking HVAC units to ensure they are running only when necessary

  • reusing your linens when possible

  • following Winthrop’s No Idling Policy
