Facilities Management
Mission Statement
The mission of Facilities Management is to
plan, coordinate and execute a regular program of preventative
maintenance and repair of all University owned buildings,
major mechanical/utility equipment and the University grounds.
In addition to planned maintenance activities, Facilities
Management responds to urgent repair needs for equipment
malfunctions, both major and minor. For those repairs
requiring skills, equipment or labor beyond the capacity
of Facilities Management, outside contractors will be employed.
Facilities Management performs all activities with the goal
of providing a safe, functional and attractive environment
for learning.
