Alumni Class Notes

Stephen Nsereko

Men’s soccer standout Stephen Nsereko ’09 now plays for the Richmond Kickers. He joins Henry Kalungi ’09, a former Eagle teammate also from Uganda who was a starting central defender for Richmond. Nsereko, Kalungi and John Gilkerson of the Carolina Railhawks are the three former Eagles in the last three years playing professionally in the United Soccer League.

The Alumni Association now offers an easy and convenient way to read and submit class notes and milestones online to share with former classmates. Online class notes supplement alumni news in the Winthrop Magazine and offer a more convenient way to submit updates and can include recent photos to enhance your alumni news. Submissions may be included in future editions of the Winthrop Update or Winthrop Magazine.
