A Pocket Guide to Choosing a College. During the college visit, it is important to ask a lot of questions to find the right university for you. Winthrop Day. On March 8, students admitted to the university are invited to a day of fun and informative activities. To register for Winthrop Day, sign in here. Preview Day. On April 5, prospective students will be given an in-depth view of academic and campus life. Faculty, staff and students will be available to provide information about Winthrop and answer questions.
