Thank you for your interest in renting a table for your art. If you have more art than one table can hold, please make sure to note the number of tables required on your application.

Rental fee is $20.00 (twenty dollars) per table. Please make checks payable to Dacus Library - Winthrop Foundation, and place "Art for Books - Library" in the memo line of the check.

Security: Exhibitors must remain with their artwork during the Fair. Dacus Library or Winthrop University, its employees, and volunteers cannot be responsible for theft of or damage to any artwork at any time before, during, or after the Art for Books Fair.

Waiver of Liability: By signing the Registration form and exhibiting any works of art at the Art for Books Fair, the Exhibitor waives any claim or liability against Dacus Library or Winthrop University, its administration, employees, trustees, and any other persons associated with the operation of Art 4 Books which may now exist or hereafter arise for theft of or damage to any work of art or any injury, loss, or damage suffered by the Exhibitor. The Exhibitor shall indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Dacus Library or Winthrop University, its administration, employees, trustees, or other persons associated with the operation of the Art 4 Books Festival against any claims or liability arising from the display or sale of art work at the Festival by the Exhibitor.

Waiver of Registration and Booth Fees. By signing the registration form and submitting booth fees, the Exhibitor waives any claim or liability against Dacus Library or Winthrop University, its administration, employees, trustees, and any other persons associated with the operations of the Art 4 Books Festival which may now exist or hereafter arise for registration and booth fees.
If the Art 4 Books Festival is canceled due to tornado, hurricane, earthquake, or other such acts of nature or events over which the organization has no control, the artists, crafters, and other Art 4 Books Festival participants waive all and any rights to registration and booth fees.
