To open the online Annual Report or Evaluation above, you need to have
Microsoft Word installed on your computer.
To use Microsoft Word to fill in the form, go to the File menu and
choose Save As. In the "Save in" drop-down list, choose the
location where you would like to save the file. Most people save
the file to "My Documents" or the "Desktop."
Once you have chosen the location to save the file, click Save. Next,
close your browser window and open the file with Microsoft Word. To enter
information, click on the gray fields or the boxes indicated in the
document; then type your information. You can now edit, save, close,
reopen and print this file just as you would any Word document.
